1. DEFINITIONS

1.2 “Client” refers to any individual or organization engaging the Company’s services
1.3 “Services” refers to business mentoring, coaching and consulting services provided by the Company
1.4 “Program” refers to the Business Growth Blueprint and associated coaching programs
2. SERVICE AGREEMENTS
2.1 Duration and Commitment
– All mentoring and coaching programs require a minimum 12-month commitment
– Programs are available in three tiers:
Regular (£1,500/month)
Intensive (£2,500/month)
Boardroom (£5,000/month)
– Service delivery is subject to payment terms being met
2.2 Program Delivery
– Services are delivered through one-to-one mentoring sessions
– Additional support via agreed communication channels
– Access to resources and materials as per the selected program tier
3. GUARANTEES AND REFUNDS
3.1 12-Month ROI Guarantee
– The Company guarantees a minimum 2x return on investment over 12 months
– Full refund provided if ROI guarantee is not met after 12 months of active participation
– Client must fully engage in the program and implement strategies
– Client must maintain accurate financial records for ROI verification
3.2 3-Month Satisfaction Guarantee
– 50% refund available within first 3 months if client is unsatisfied
– Refund assessment based on program participation and implementation
– Must be claimed in writing with detailed reasoning
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 Fee Structure
– Fees are payable monthly in advance
– Prices are subject to annual review
– Payment methods as specified by the Company
4.2 Late Payments
– Services may be suspended for overdue payments
– Late payment fees may apply
– Consistent late payments may result in service termination
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
5.1 Participation Requirements
– Active engagement in mentoring and coaching sessions
– Implementation of agreed strategies and actions
– Timely communication and feedback
– Provision of necessary business information
5.2 Confidentiality
– Client information treated with strict confidentiality
– Non-disclosure of proprietary methodologies and materials
– Respect for intellectual property rights
6. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 Service Delivery
– Professional delivery of agreed services
– Maintenance of professional standards
– Regular progress reviews
– Adherence to mentoring and coaching ethics
6.2 Communication
– Timely responses to client inquiries
– Regular updates and progress reports
– Professional conduct in all interactions
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Ownership
– All materials, methodologies and resources remain property of Business Growth Global
– Client materials and information remain property of the client
– Usage rights as specified in program agreements
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Scope
– Company not liable for client’s business decisions
– Results dependent on client implementation
– Force majeure conditions apply
9. TERMINATION
9.1 Early Termination
– 30-day written notice required for service termination
– Early termination may affect guarantee eligibility
– Company reserves right to terminate for breach of terms
10. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
10.1 Data Handling
– Compliance with data protection regulations
– Secure storage of client information
– Usage of data as per privacy policy
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

– Attempt at amicable resolution
– Mediation if required
– Jurisdiction under English law
12. AMENDMENTS

– Company reserves right to update terms

– Continued use constitutes acceptance
