INTENSIVE

High-Touch Mentoring for Growth, Change and Complexity.

Intensive is a 12-month high-touch business mentoring programme for established business owners navigating significant growth, change or complexity.

Intensive is available in two 12-month rhythms. Fortnightly clients receive a 60 to 75-minute mentoring session every two weeks plus a weekly accountability check-in between sessions. Weekly clients receive a 60 to 75-minute mentoring session each week, with accountability built into the session and brief message support between sessions when useful. Accountability is normally by WhatsApp, text or email, with a short 15-minute call where a conversation would be more useful.

Intensive Is Designed For

• a defined business challenge

• a significant transition

• a period of rapid or difficult change

• a decision with more at stake

• a situation where momentum has stalled

• a need to regain clarity and control quickly

WHEN FOCUS MATTERS

When Change Is Significant, More Frequent Support Can Matter.

When the business is under pressure or facing an important transition, scattered decisions can make the situation harder. Intensive creates a more focused mentoring environment around the issue without taking ownership of the business away from you.

A Clear Challenge

You know the issue that needs attention, but you need space to think it through and decide the right way forward.

A Significant Transition

The business, leadership team or your own role is changing and old ways of working are no longer enough.

Loss of Control or Momentum

Too much feels urgent, progress has slowed or the business is consuming more attention than the current situation should require.

POSSIBLE FOCUS AREAS

High-Touch Support That Can Evolve With the Business.

Intensive usually begins with a clear priority, challenge or transition. Over 12 months, the focus can evolve as the business changes, new decisions emerge and progress creates the next set of priorities.

Growth Has Stalled

Explore what has changed, where the real constraint sits and which decision may unlock the next stage.

Commercial Pressure

Think through pricing, margin, cash, sales performance or another commercial issue without reducing the conversation to a single number.

Owner Overload

Identify why too much depends on you and what needs to change in priorities, process, authority or leadership capacity.

Leadership Transition

Work through a changing role, new management structure, leadership gap or need to move responsibility further into the team.

Operational Friction

Explore where recurring problems, unclear process or poor ownership are creating unnecessary cost, delay or pressure.

A High-Stakes Decision

Create space to challenge assumptions, explore consequences and make the decision with greater clarity and confidence.

THE INTENSIVE APPROACH

Clarify. Focus. Act. Review.

The purpose is to create movement without rushing to a prescribed answer. Each stage keeps the thinking with you while adding structure, challenge and accountability.

Clarify

Define what is actually happening and what outcome you want.

Focus

Separate the core issue from the noise and decide what deserves attention first.

Act

Turn the decision into practical action while ownership stays with you and your team.

Review

Assess what changed, what was learned and what needs to happen next.

AEROPS IN AN INTENSIVE

Make Sure the Visible Problem Is the Real Problem.

AEROPS provides a whole-business view across Analyse, Expand, Revenue, Operations, People and Success.

That matters in an Intensive because the issue that first appears urgent may be a symptom of something happening elsewhere in the business.

Questions AEROPS Can Help Surface

• Is the direction clear?

• Is effort going to the right work?

• Is revenue quality the real issue?

• Is an operational weakness creating the pressure?

• Is the people structure keeping pace?

• Is the owner’s definition of success still the right one?

WHEN CHANGE NEEDS TO STICK

The 6M’s of Business Growth Helps Turn a Decision Into Sustained Change.

Mindset, Motivation, Modification, Momentum, Maturity and Maintenance provide a way to think about the human side of change, especially when old behaviours or routines have become part of the problem.

When the Issue Is Owner Dependency

LPAD: Learn → Perfect → Automate → Delegate

LPAD can help turn recurring owner-held knowledge or activity into a more repeatable system the business can execute with less unnecessary dependence on you.

WHAT MAKES INTENSIVE DIFFERENT

Focused Support Without Handing the Business Over.

Intensive is focused mentoring designed to help you make better decisions, act with greater clarity and strengthen your own capability in the process. The emphasis is on challenge, perspective and practical progress while the decisions and ownership remain with you.

Focused

Attention stays on the defined issue rather than trying to improve everything at once.

Challenging

Assumptions, options and consequences are tested rather than simply accepted.

Owned by You

The decisions and actions remain yours, so the capability stays in the business after the engagement ends.

YOUR INVESTMENT

Choose the Intensive Rhythm the Business Needs.

Both options are 12-month mentoring engagements. The difference is the frequency of the mentoring relationship.
