Lee Broders is an international business mentor, executive coach and professional speaker who works with business owners, CEOs and senior leaders who want to grow with greater clarity, control and confidence.
His background combines more than 30 years in business and technology with British Army experience and senior-level mentoring and coaching practice. That mix brings structure, challenge, commercial awareness and an understanding of what it feels like to lead when the decisions sit with you.
Lee is a Fellow of the Association of Business Mentors, an EMCC Master Practitioner and a Member of the Institute of Leadership. His work is grounded in professional mentoring and coaching standards, continuing development and real-world business experience.
