1.1 “Company” refers to Business Growth Global<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2 “Client” refers to any individual or organization engaging the Company’s services<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3 “Services” refers to business mentoring, coaching and consulting services provided by the Company<\/span><\/p>\n

1.4 “Program” refers to the Business Growth Blueprint and associated coaching programs<\/span><\/p>\n

2. SERVICE AGREEMENTS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2.1 Duration and Commitment<\/span><\/p>\n

– All mentoring and coaching programs require a minimum 12-month commitment<\/span><\/p>\n

– Programs are available in three tiers:<\/span><\/p>\n

Regular (\u00a31,500\/month)<\/span><\/p>\n

Intensive (\u00a32,500\/month)<\/span><\/p>\n

Boardroom (\u00a35,000\/month)<\/span><\/p>\n

– Service delivery is subject to payment terms being met<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2 Program Delivery<\/span><\/p>\n

– Services are delivered through one-to-one mentoring sessions<\/span><\/p>\n

– Additional support via agreed communication channels<\/span><\/p>\n

– Access to resources and materials as per the selected program tier<\/span><\/p>\n

3. GUARANTEES AND REFUNDS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

3.1 12-Month ROI Guarantee<\/span><\/p>\n

– The Company guarantees a minimum 2x return on investment over 12 months<\/span><\/p>\n

– Full refund provided if ROI guarantee is not met after 12 months of active participation<\/span><\/p>\n

– Client must fully engage in the program and implement strategies<\/span><\/p>\n

– Client must maintain accurate financial records for ROI verification<\/span><\/p>\n

3.2 3-Month Satisfaction Guarantee<\/span><\/p>\n

– 50% refund available within first 3 months if client is unsatisfied<\/span><\/p>\n

– Refund assessment based on program participation and implementation<\/span><\/p>\n

– Must be claimed in writing with detailed reasoning<\/span><\/p>\n

– Usage rights as specified in program agreements<\/span><\/p>\n
